When you become a Subscriber to the Modelizer magazine and gain access to the Website via a username and password combination, Modelizer will request that every Member voluntarily supply certain personal information, including but not limited to his full name, e-mail address, billing address, phone number, province and country of residence, and birth date. The Member will also submit an identifier (Website username and password). This personal information will be encrypted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software.
Also, every time the Member makes a transaction or an activity on the Website, Modelizer will collect and store personal information from his web browser, including IP address, cookies set by Modelizer, and the page requests. This information is obtained and stored to analyse and improve our Services.
At any time the Member may make a request to firstname.lastname@example.org to be provided with a readable copy of all personal data pertaining to their use of the Website. Modelizer charges a $25 processing fee for such a request. Prior to completing the request, Modelizer will need a proof of the Member’s identity.
Modelizer is the sole owner of the information collected on its Members. Modelizer will not share, sell or rent this information to third parties under any circumstances.
Modelizer may release data and information pertaining to its Members when required by law, to enforce its Terms of Services or the rights of its Members. Modelizer may disclose information if it is necessary to protect its rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the company. Information will only be shared when deemed necessary in order to investigate or prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to its Members, violations of the Terms of Service or as otherwise required by law.
In the event that Modelizer is acquired or merges with another entity, Modelizer may transfer your personal information to the new entity.
Modelizer will contact the Member via the e-mail provided for account creation. E-mails will be sent out for transactions, such as purchases, lost password, etc.
Modelizer will also use electronic mail to send newsletters, important information, promotional information, and magazine release notices to its Members.
The Member elects to receive said e-mail correspondence via his account settings, and may change his preferences at any time.
Modelizer does not process credit cards, nor does it collect or store any bank information. Modelizer relies on trusted third-party payment processors, providers and gateways to process transactions for the Website. Modelizer does not have access nor does it requests or stores any information pertaining to the payments made by its Members, except for confirmation numbers and identifiers.
Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user’s web browser. Those are used to streamline the user’s transactions on related pages.
The only cookies used by Modelizer are transaction cookies to facilitate the transaction processes. If the Member decides to disable cookies from his web browser, he will not be able to proceed through the transaction process to subscribe or make purchases.
At any time, the Member can change his personal information via his account on the Website. It is important that the personal information is always accurate, because failure to provide Modelizer with such information could result in voiding the Member’s previous Agreements with Modelizer.
